I was lucky enough to experience tigers in the wild in India and Nepal and it changed the course of my life. Aside from their obvious charismatic beauty there is something utterly overwhelming about setting eyes on these magnificent creatures, something which is difficult to put into words. But if there was ever a living thing that summed up the power and serenity of the natural world and the humbling splendour of our planet, it is the tiger. I am at a loss to understand how we humans, who pride ourselves in being an intelligent and sophisticated species, have allowed the tiger to reach such a critically endangered status. What does it say about us if we allow them to go extinct? Please join TigerTime and sign their petition. Saving any critically endangered mammal in their wild habitat and educating the local community to preserve this is a logical ethos and the directive propelling TigerTime, which all the members of the RESULT team support worldwide.

The close knit, passionate and very hands on management of the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation, yet massive scale of its international influence is very similar to how we work at RESULT. We enjoy the responsibility of being in a position to create awareness of TigerTime, and to give something back to a cause we believe can really make a difference in stopping these beautiful creatures being perceived merely as a commodity.
